VAL DRINKS
Cocktail stand located at the entrance of the Quadrado. A Brazilian classic way of starting the night. Try the local caipirinhas, we recommend passion fruit or lemon flavors.
SANTO CAFÉ
On a pleasant, tree-filled square near the Quadrado, this coffee bar offers delicious cakes, pies, sandwiches and coffee. It’s also a small shop with local products. A place with a cool vibe, ideal for a post beach afternoon.

CASA FLÔ
This new addition to Trancoso has the fire grill as the protagonist of its contemporary and signature cuisine. Chef Cadu Evangelisti works with fresh ingredients and regional seafood, meats, fish and local specialties.
GINO GASTRONOMIA
Authentic Italian cuisine with homemade pasta dishes. One of the few options on Quadrado also open for lunch.
CAPIM SANTO
This Trancoso landmark has become a Brazilian sensation by opening a second restaurant in both São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to introduce traditional Bahian dishes to the big cities. This mix of trendy with traditional is the oldest in town and has a creative menu signed by chef Sandra Marques.
SUSHI DO QUADRADO
A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with traditional Japanese cuisine. The menu features fresh and aged regional fish, as well as delicacies such as unagi and anago (eels), Canadian scallops, Spanish octopus and bluefin tuna.

SILVANA E CIA
Authentic rustic restaurant with home-style cooking a la Silvana, a well-known native privy to the original secrets of local Bahian cooking. One of the few options on Quadrado also open for lunch.

AKI SUSHI
With São Paulo hosting the largest concentration of Japanese residents of any city outside Japan it's not a surprise that Japanese cuisine has long been present in Trancoso. Aki Sushi serves excellent and super fresh sushi, sashimi, soups and tempura.
MARITACA
A Trancoso hot-spot just outside the Quadrado offering pizzas from a wood-burning oven as well as a wide-ranging menu including risottos and pasta, plus a well-regarded wine list.
LÁ NO DOM
Every beach village in the world needs a great sandwich place. Dom has been preparing wonderful pita-bread sandwiches with his famous eggplant sauce for over 15 years.
