We're creators of the famous Organic Festival Trancoso so are passionate about the freshest ingredients. UXUA Roça organic farm supplies produce, eggs and dairy for our restaurants and Vida Lab.

With menus by chef Ju Pedrosa, the Quadrado lounge serves drinks and snacks surrounded by the unique atmosphere of the Historical town-square and the restaurant by the aventurine quartz pool surrounded by UXUA gardens offers a cozy environment for complete meals.
